As children we learn about Zakat being a pillar of Islam but Zakat becomes compulsory on many of us without us sometimes even realising it. From our savings or our first ever wage from work – to receiving gifts or inheriting from a deceased family member, we may be obligated to pay Zakat. Take this opportunity to familiarise yourself with the laws of Zakat so that you are not neglecting your duties as a Muslim.
This course will provide you with knowledge of various aspects related to the fiqh of Zakat, making sure you are well-aware of the dos and don’ts and giving you the ability to confidently ensure that you are aware of how to properly calculate and distribute your Zakat in the correct manner.
